A couple of good quotes from the book:
“Voices. They come at us from every side. We listen to the voices on the iPad. The iPod. The iPhone. But are we listening to the voice of the great I AM?”
“Do you want to be a better wife? Study your Bible.
Do you want to be a better mother? Study your Bible.
Do you want to be a better homemaker? Study your Bible.”
“There are no cookie-cutter marriages. Your husband is not my husband, but my God is your God, so our principles should match!”
“My children will on be disciplined with their emotions as I am with mine.”
“A wise mother knows how to have fun and how to be tender. She knows the healing touch of her hands.”
There are these quotes and oh so many more to be found in this awesome, encouraging, enlightening and wonderful book.
Here is to a Second Chance!
