Let’s be real for a minute, shall we?
As mamas we are BUSY . . . like all the time busy. Well, maybe you schedule better than I do and don’t wait until 5:30pm to remember that dinner needs made because well, I’m the mama.
Between school, my businesses, my husband’s work schedule, my teenage daughters work schedule, animals, etc I need to have some meals that are done in advance. Hence why I make so much extra on certain meals so that there are leftovers to be enjoyed for another meal. My kids have laughed numerous times over the years that “mama just doesn’t know how to make small portions”, lol, well, duh. Who seriously wants to make a NEW meal every single day? Shoot, I don’t have time for that.
So, here are a few meals that are intentional leftover making meals that will ease some of the dinnertime crazy and hopefully help you keep your sanity.
